How do I make corrections/changes to my account information?
If the correction is due to a simple spelling error, contact the BMO Investment
Centre. For a name change (due to marriage, divorce etc.), you'll need to
visit your local BMO Bank of Montreal branch. You will need to provide formal proof of the name change, such as the marriage certificate or legal name change documents.

How do I set up a Continuous Savings Plan (CSP)?
If you have online access
set up for your BMO Mutual Funds account, contact the BMO Investment
Centre at 1 800 665-7700. If this is the first CSP set up for that particular account, you will need to complete and sign an application form. This form can be sent and received by fax or mail.

How do I make changes to my existing Continuous Savings Plan (CSP)? If you have online access set
up for your BMO Mutual Funds account, contact the BMO Investment
Centre at 1 800
665 7700. Please note that, changes can be made up to and including 4 business
days prior to the next scheduled purchase date. You can also make these changes
at your local BMO
Bank of Montreal branch
. The same time limitations apply.

How do I get access to my BMO Mutual Fund account(s) online?
If you are
a BMO Mutual Funds client with a BMO Bank of Montreal account, you can
contact the BMO Investment
Centre at 1 800 665-7700. An Investment Specialist will ask you some questions for identification verification. Once this is successfully completed, they will set up your online account access password. In some cases, if account information is missing, a visit to your local BMO Bank of Montreal branch may be required. Bring two pieces of identification for verification. You will be asked to complete a form and choose a password for online access.
Types of identification include: One government issued piece of photo identification and a piece of secondary identification i.e. major credit card. (Health card is not a valid piece of photo ID)
If you are already set up for online banking, you can also access your mutual fund account by logging on through online banking using your BMO Bank of Montreal bank card number and your online banking password. Access to your BMO Mutual Funds accounts is through 'Financial Snapshot.' Using Financial Snapshot you will be able to view your accounts, transaction history and transfer between funds. Once you have also designated an online access password for your BMO Mutual Funds account, you will have access to additional functionality.
If you’re a BMO Mutual Funds client and do not have a
BMO Bank of Montreal bank account, or wish to link a non-BMO Bank of Montreal
account to your BMO Mutual Funds account, visit a local BMO
Bank of Montreal branch . Bring two pieces of identification for verification and then you will be asked to complete a form and choose a password for online access.
Types of identification include: One government-issued piece of photo identification (i.e. drivers license; passport), and a piece of secondary identification (i.e. major credit card). Health card is not a valid photo ID.
You will also need to bring a copy of a void cheque for the non-BMO Bank of Montreal account, along with your BMO Mutual Funds account number to set up the link.

countries have securities regulations that preclude the sale of foreign investments
to its residents, regardless of citizenship. As regulations vary
widely, non-residents considering opening a BMO Mutual Funds account can contact the BMO Investment
Centre at 1 800 665-7700 to confirm whether their request to open an account or transact on an existing account will be accepted.

times, your account will be suspended until you call the BMO Investment
